1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To ensure our practitioners can provide a dedicated sanctuary for every guest, we require 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes.
- A 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% (or 100%) of the service fee.
2. Health & Safety Disclosure
Your well-being is our priority. Please inform your specialist of any health considerations so we can tailor your ritual for maximum safety and comfort.
- Guests must disclose allergies, pregnancies, or medical conditions.
- Retreat Vancouver is not liable for undisclosed conditions.
3. Arrival & Etiquette
To fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to transition from the city rhythm into our sanctuary.
- Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals result in shortened treatment time (but full price).
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are subject to change. Taxes and gratuities are not included unless stated.
- JaneApp securely stores payment info to facilitate a frictionless “one-click” checkout.
5. Gift Cards & Packages
- Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired promotional packages revert to the original cash value.
6. Right to Refuse Service
- The spa maintains a safe, respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
