About us

We are downtown Vancouver’s newest full-service spa, situated by the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Whether you work downtown or are visiting, we offer a wide array of unique services with fresh and creative protocols designed for you to unwind and ‘treat yourself’.

Against the stunning backdrop of cascading mountains and skyscrapers, retreat is an oasis created to bridge the gaps between traditional nail salons, single-dimensional treatment spas, and extravagant yet time-demanding hotel spas. Our highly trained team of multi-faceted aestheticians and massage therapists provide services that are customized to your needs yet are consistent in quality and attention to detail. We pride ourselves in using only the highest quality products and the latest and proven techniques.

You deserve to treat yourself, and we’re here to craft a personal and memorable experience for you. We look forward to serving you and making you feel recharged, refreshed, repolished, and redone.
