FAQs
1. Do the memberships expire?
Yes, memberships are active only for 12 months from the signup date, after which, they can be renewed.
2. How does one become a member?
To become a member one must purchase either our annual or monthly membership package. We will need a credit card on file for the membership to be active.
3. Are you RMT massages included?
Memberships do not include RMT massages. Only relaxation massages are included in the membership options.
4. Can I gift my membership in any way?
Our memberships make for a great gift to someone special. However, please note that our memberships are not shareable. Memberships belong to one person to enjoy!
5. How does the 15% off discount work?
Members receive 15% off all our products we sell on-site all year round. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with any other offers.
