Yes, we provide 3 hours of free parking while you are visiting the spa. Parking is located on level P3 of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. Please register your licence plate number with us upon your arrival.

We are located on the main floor of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, just past the check- in desk, and through the glass doors.

Yes, all of our massages may be enjoyed in our couples room. We also offer our facials and some of our body treatments in the couples room as well.

Hotel facilities are only available for hotel guests. Although, we do have a relaxing waiting area, and complimentary snacks and refreshments for you to enjoy before and after your treatment. 

Yes, we do offer our facials and massage during pregnancy. Some adjustments will be made to ensure your comfort. We also have RMTs that can accommodate you if you are further along in the pregnancy. Please contact us for further information. 

We are happy to accommodate large group bookings. We may need to book some treatments back to back, depending on the size of your group and the services you require. We have three single treatment rooms, and one couples treatment room. We also have a large salon area for nail treatments. Please give us a call or send us an email for more information on large group bookings. 

We do not offer direct billing for RMT treatments. After your RMT treatment, we will provide you with a copy of your invoice, which includes all of the information for you to file a claim with your insurance provider.
